This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work for apps made by Revolate Ltd, including Grown & Gathered. We aim to be fair, clear and never to trap anyone in a subscription they don't want.

Free to start

Our apps are free to download and use, with a generous free tier. Some features may be offered as an optional paid Premium subscription. You never have to pay to get started, and we'll always make it clear before you buy anything.

How subscriptions work

If you choose Premium, your subscription is purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel, and you can see the price and renewal terms before you confirm the purchase.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time, and you'll keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. Because billing is handled by the app stores, you cancel through your store account:

Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't delete your account or your data, which you're welcome to keep using on the free tier.

Refunds

Because purchases are processed by Apple and Google, refunds are handled under their policies:

If you're in the UK or EU, you also have statutory cancellation rights for digital purchases. If something has gone wrong, or you feel a charge was unfair, please email us at hello@revolate.uk — we'll always do our best to help and to put things right.
